Marine surveyor
A marine surveyor is a person qualified to inspect a ship or boat for the purpose of determining its current condition and seaworthiness. In particular, the marine surveyor will determine if the sea vessel is safe to use in conditions for which the vessel was designed, and what maintenance and repairs are required to maintain the integrity of the vessel.
