Main Street Alliance



The Main Street Alliance was a multi-level marketing (mlm), also known as, network marketing company started in 1991 based in Pleasanton, California founded by the internationally known Mormon financial advisor Howard Ruff. The Main Street Alliance was a financial service company that by group buying power would negotiate rebates for its members.
