Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award
The United States Congress passed Public Law 100-107 in 1987 creating the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA). The MBNQA was instituted by the federal government to encourage and improve quality and competitiveness among American companies.
