Malandragem
Malandragem is a Brazilian Portuguese term for the Bohemian lifestyle - an ethos of idleness, fast living and petty crime - traditionally celebrated in samba lyrics. The exponent of this lifestyle, the malandro, has become significant to Brazilian national identity as a folk hero.
