Manuel CarrascalĂŁo
Manuel Viegas Carrascalão (born December 16 1933) was an Indonesian parliamentarian and prominent East Timorese independence leader. His home was the site of the Manuel Carrascalão House Massacre, which included the killing of twelve people – including Carrascalão's teenage son – by the Aitarak militia on April 17 1999.
