Maria del Carmen (Maricarmen) Ramirez Garcia is the governatorial candidate for the Democratic Revolution Party (PRD) in Mexico. Wife of Tlaxcala Governor Alfonso Sánchez Anaya, she is known as the Hillary Clinton of Mexico.
