Neal Halsey
Neal Halsey, MD (b. 1950), is a pediatrician, with subspecialty training in infectious diseases and epidemiology, and a professor of international health and Director of the Institute for Vaccine Safety at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, in Baltimore, Maryland.
