National Journalism Awards



The National Journalism Awards are among the most prestigious awards in American journalism. Given by the Scripps Howard Foundation, the $10,000 to $25,000 awards recognize the best work in journalism in 17 categories, including: human interest writing; environmental and public service reporting; investigative reporting; business/economics reporting; Washington reporting; commentary; photojournalism; radio and television journalism; college cartooning; web reporting; and editorial cartooning.
