Nathaniel B. Smithers
Nathaniel Barratt Smithers (October 8, 1818 - January 16, 1896) was a United States Representative from Delaware. Born in Dover, he graduated from Lafayette College (Pennsylvania) in 1836, studied law, was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in Dover in 1840.
