Nasonia
Nasonia (Hymenoptera: Pteromalidae) are small parasitoid wasps that sting and lay eggs in the pupae of various flys. The fly species that Nasonia usually parasitize are primarily blowflies and fleshflies, making Nasonia a usefull tool for biocontrol of these pest flys.
