Network Attached Processing
Network Attached Processing is a server infrastructure approach that uses purpose-built appliances to provide applications with massive amounts of scalable compute and memory capacity on demand as a shared network service. Network attached processing is pioneered by Azul Systems and is similar to how network attached storage provides shared storage capacity to multiple applications.
