Nancy Hartsock
Nancy Hartsock (born 1943) is a feminist philosopher teaching in the department of Political Science at the University of Washington. She is known for her work in feminist epistemology and standpoint theory, especially the essay "The Feminist Standpoint," which also integrates Freud's theories on psychoanalysis and the Oedipal crisis.
