Nathaniel Herbert Claiborne
Nathaniel Herbert Claiborne (November 14, 1777 - August 15, 1859) was a United States Representative from Virginia. He was born in Chesterfield, Sussex County, Virginia and attended a local academy; later he engaged in agricultural pursuits.
