NC4 (National Center for Crisis and Continuity Cordination) is an El Segundo, California based company which provides real-time notification to business and government on significant incidents as they occur. During Hurricane Katrina the Center provided real time notifications on over 40 specific incidents in the Gulf region before the storm had moved inland.
