Neko-ryu



Neko-ryu Goshin Jitsu （Japanese: 猫流護身術）is a martial art created by well known judoka Ernie Cates. Translating as "Cat Style Self Defense," it focuses on simple, natural movements and techniques that can be remembered in times of stress or when under attack.
