Nepean Gorge
Carved through the ancient sandstone of the Sydney basin by the Nepean River, the Nepean Gorge is found near Mulgoa (south of Penrith), New South Wales, Australia. Forming a natural eastern boundary to the Blue Mountains, the gorge is navigable by small watercraft all year.
