Neve Sha'anan (Haifa)
Neve Shaanan (; ) is a vast neighborhood in Haifa, Israel which extends from the lower inclines of Mount Carmel, to midway across its slopes. The neighborhood is situated next to the celebrated Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, and houses the Middle East's largest shopping mall, the "Grand Canyon" (this is a play on words, since "Kanyon" means mall in Hebrew).
