National Scout Association of Eritrea
Eritrea is one of 35 countries where Scouting exists (be it embryonic or widespread) but the National Scout Association of Eritrea is not yet a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, and no organization was ever recognized by WOSM during the nation's periods of Scouting history.
