N-Methyltryptamine
N-Methyltryptamine (NMT), or monomethyltryptamine, is a tryptamine alkaloid that has been found in the bark, shoots and leaves of several species of Virola, Acacia and Mimosa. It is found in numerous plants, many of which also contain the entheogens DMT and 5-MeO-DMT.
