Ngo Dinh Luyen
Ngo Dinh Luyen was appointed as ambassador to the United Kingdom by his brother Ngo Dinh Diem and ruled the province of the Cham people minorities. He was able to escape assassination because he was in London, but his other brothers Ngo Dinh Nhu and Ngo Dinh Diem were killed on November 1, 1963.
