Nasser Sebaggala
Nasser Ntege Sebaggala is a Ugandan politician. After his re-election in the National Elections 2006, to be Mayor of Kampala till 2011, he was an independent presidential candidate in the 2006 Ugandan general election before dropping out and joining the Kampala Mayoral race.
