Neptune Perkins
Neptune Perkins is a DC Comics superhero. He first appeared in two Golden Age Hawkman stories in Flash Comics #66 (August–September 1945) and #81 (March 1947), but he appeared nowhere else until writer Roy Thomas revived him in All-Star Squadron #33 (May 1984) as a guest star, and in the Young All-Stars series from issues #1 (June 1987) to #31 (November 1989), as a member of the team, in stories which actually take place chronologically earlier than his actual first appearances.
