Oenus (river)



Oenus (Greek: ), also called KelefĂ­na, the modern OinoĂşs, rises in the watershed of Mt. Parnon, and, after flowing in a general southwesterly direction, falls into the Eurotas, at the distance of little more than a mile from Sparta.
