Oriental Skylark

The Oriental Skylark (Alauda gulgula), also known as Oriental Lark or Small Skylark, is a species of skylark found in South Asia and South-East Asia. Like other skylark species it is found in open grassland often next to waterbodies and has a display flight in which it rockets up into the sky and flutters with continual singing before descending down to earth.
