Oregon Citizens Alliance
The Oregon Citizens Alliance (also known as the OCA) is a conservative Christian political activist organization, founded by Lon Mabon. The group gained statewide, national, and international attention when in 1992 it proposed an amendment to the Oregon Constitution known as Ballot Measure 9.
