Old Malay
The Old Malay is possibly the ancestor of Malay language, including Indonesian. It was heavily influenced by Sanskrit,the lingua franca of Hinduism and Buddhism and Tamil, as most of the Malay people used to embrace Hinduism and Buddhism.
