Oleksander Tysovsky
Dr. Oleksander Tysovsky ( alternately Oleksandr Tysowskyj), pseudonym: "Drot", was the the founder of the Ukrainian Scouting organization Plast in 1911, and adapted the universal Scout principles to the needs and interests of Ukrainian youth.
