OEAPI: Outlook Express Application Programming Interface is the name of a commercial library from Nektra that exports a Software Development Kit (SDK) to develop plugins in Microsoft Outlook Express. Unlike Microsoft Outlook there is not official Microsoft-supported API for Outlook Express.
