Order of Honor (Russian Federation)
The Order of Honor (Russian:Орден Почета) is a state order which was founded by the President's Decree of the Russian Federation of №yaya2 of 2 March, 1994. The Order of Honor is awarded to citizens for the high achievements in the state, production, scientific research, sociocultural, public and charitable activities, which made it possible to essentially improve the conditions of life of people, for the merits in training of the highly skilled personnel, training the growing up generation, the maintenance of legality and law.
