Office of Police Integrity
The Office of Police Integrity is an independent authority designed to oversee the work of the Victoria Police in Victoria, Australia. Established in November 2004 to replace the disbanded Police Internal Affairs office, the office's stated aim is "to ensure that the highest ethical and professional standards are maintained in the Victoria Police Force and to ensure that police corruption and serious misconduct is detected, investigated and prevented.
