OCCT
Off-Campus College Transport is a Binghamton University student operated transportation system serving the Greater Binghamton area, namely the city of Binghamton, New York, the village of Johnson City and the town of Vestal. OCCT founded by a group of concerned students in 1970 because students were hitchhiking and/or could not afford Broome County Transit fares.
