Operation Quickstep
Operation Quickstep is the name given to the Australian Defence Force's response to the potential of a potential coup d'Ă©tat in Fiji during late 2006. This potential occurred on 4-5 December 2006, with the Fijian military taking control from the Fijian government led by Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase.
