Omar Sivori



Enrique Omar Sivori (October 2, 1935 – February 17, 2005) was an Argentine football forward who started his professional career at River Plate and then played 12 years in the Italian Serie A, helping Juventus FC win three league titles, and being elected the European Footballer of the Year in 1961. He also became a member of the Argentine national team, and later of the Italian national team, playing for the latter at the 1962 World Cup.
