Oleg Penkovsky
Oleg Vladimirovich Penkovsky (1919–1963) was a colonel with Soviet military intelligence (GRU) in the late 1950s and early 1960s who passed important secrets to the west. He is considered one of the best assets the West ever had in the Soviet Union.
