Operation Orient Express
According to National Security Adviser Richard Clarke's book Against All Enemies, Operation Orient Express was the unofficial title given to a successful pact in 1996 from within the Clinton administration to oust Boutros Boutros-Ghali from his position as United Nations Secretary-General. Involved in the pact were Clarke, Madeleine Albright, Michael Sheehan, and James Rubin, among others.
