One-China policy
The One-China policy (Traditional Chinese: 一個ä¸ĺś‹; Simplified Chinese: 一个ä¸ĺ›˝; pinyin: yÄ« gè ZhĹŤngguĂł) is the principle that there is one China and that mainland China, Tibet, Hong Kong, Macau, Xinjiang and Taiwan are all part of that China. This acknowledgement is required for all countries seeking diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China (PRC).
