Oeconomus
Oeconomus, Ĺ“conomus or oikonomos (Greek , from oiko- 'house' and -nomos 'rule, law') was an Ancient Greek word meaning 'manager' or 'housekeeper'. In Byzantine times the term was used as a title of a manager or treasurer of an organisation.
