Ookla the Mok is a character in the Ruby-Spears cartoon Thundarr the Barbarian, created by Steve Gerber. Ookla is a humanoid lion creature with yellow, pupil-less eyes and fangs that cannot articulate any words, but only onomatopoeia that sounds like "Argh.
