One Member One Vote



One Member One Vote, as used in the parliamentary politics of Great BritainCanada]and the [[Canadian provinces]is a proposal to select [[Executive (government)|party leaders] and/or determine [[Elective dictatorship|party policy, by a direct vote of the members of each party. Traditionally, these objectives have been accomplished either by a party convention, a vote of Members of Parliament, or some form of electoral college.
