Operation Nekka
Operation Nekka, (Nekka, "熱河", is "Jehol" in Japanese), also known as the First battle of Hopei (= Hebei province), was a Japanese military campaign against the Northeastern Army of China in Jehol between (January 1 - May 31 1933), following the 1931/32 invasion of Manchuria. Known to the Chinese as the Defense of the Great Wall.
