OpenEHR
The openEHR Foundation is a not for profit foundation supporting the open research, development, and implementation of electronic health records (EHRs). Its specifications are based on a combination of 15 years of research into EHRs and new paradigms, including "two-level modelling", implemented as "archetypes" and "templates".
