Oleksandr Zinchenko
Oleksandr Zinchenko () is a Ukrainian politician. He served as a Deputy Chairman (vice-Speaker) of the Verkhovna Rada (parliament) in mid-1990s, and as a Secretary of State (chief of President's office) for Viktor Yuschenko in 2005.
