Olga Arsenievna Oleinik
Olga Arsenievna Oleinik (July 2, 1925 in Kiev, Ukraine – October 13, 2001, Moscow, Russia) was a Soviet mathematician who conducted pioneering work on the theory of partial differential equations, and the theory of strongly inhomogeneous elastic media. She was a student of Ivan Petrovsky.
