Ogembo Javier
Javier Gordon Ogembo (born August 22, 1974 in Nyanza Province, Kenya) is an education reformist famously known as Orinda Sibuor by his peers. He is son of the late Charles Ogembo Okun formerly of Ogembo Building and General Constructors, Mombasa, Kenya.
