Organizational empowerment



Organizational empowerment (also referred to as employee empowerment) is a multi-dimensional construct encompassing three organizational perspectives: that of the leader, that of the employee, and that of the organization itself (Page & Czuba, 1999; Honold, 1997, p. 210).
