OllyDbg
OllyDbg is a free proprietary 32-bit assembler level analysis debugger written by Oleh Yuschuk for Microsoft Windows. The software is gaining popularity among the software cracking community as an alternative to the now-discontinued SoftICE, mainly because it places emphasis on binary code analysis, such as executable files or libraries, useful when source code is not available (as is often the case when cracking software).
