Ă–ser
Ă–ser (also written Woeser; ; {{zh-sp|s=[(born 1966]) is a [[Tibetan people|Tibetan poet and essayist. She was born in Lhasa where her father was a soldier in the People's Liberation Army; when she was a small child, her family relocated to the Kham area of western western Sichuan province.
