Öçpoçmaq
Öçpoçmaq (Cyrillic: Өчпочмак; []; English: [], literally triangle)also transliterated as ochpochmaq, ochpochmak, oechpochmaq, echpochmak, uchpuchmak; sometimes known as triugolnik (триŃгольник) among the Russian population is a Tatar national dish, the essential of Tatar culture. Usually, öçpoçmaq is a triangle patty, made of pastry, filled with beef, cut very small, onion and potatoes.
