1954 Convention Travel Document
1954 Convention travel documents are passport-like booklets issued to stateless persons by signatories to the 1954 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons, where the person is not a refugee under the 1951 United Nations Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees. Their cover bears the words "Travel Document" in English and French (and often in the language of the issuing state) along with the date of the convention, but does not bear the two black stripes appearing in the upper right corner of the front cover of 1951 Convention travel documents.
