12 Greatest Hits or simply Greatest Hits is a compilation album produced by Owen Bradley to promote an album of Patsy Cline's biggest hits. The album became one of the most successful Country albums ever produced when it remained on the Country charts for over thirty years and is still even on the Country charts to this day.
